The Code Of Conduct: Rules OF The Game On and Off Evo Servers. You agree to these Rules once you are accepted into the clan and start wearing the Evo Tags!

• 1. Play and Have Fun! Thats an Order!
• 2. No unsportsman like conduct!
• This includes but not limited to the following:
• a. No (TK) Team killing (deliberate) Accidental TK's are not forgiving as the Server are set to Automatically kick.
• b. No Use of exploits ie. botting, wall hacks, punk buster avoidance etc.
• c. No racist, religous taunts or anything to belittle another player.
• d. No foul language including abbreviated swear words.
• e. No bullying or arguing of team mates or guests.
• f. No vulgar or racist player names.
• g. No acting in a way that disrupts the flow of the game, such as locking down bases, blocking portals, spawn-killing, or performing any other deliberate action that interrupts the natural game-flow.
• This does not apply to scrim practices with the consent of the supervising Admin.
• h. No "Tea bagging", humping or disrespecting of the like of other players
• 3. No arguing with Server Admin. If you have a problem with an admin, please consult with admin privately in vent or board PM, email. If conflict is not resolved seek Council.
• 4. These Rules are inlcuded but not limites with the Forums and Ventrilo (See Below)

When in EvoGamers.org Forums:
• 1. No foul language, inappropriate phrases, swear words, and abbreviated swear words.
• 2. No bullying or harassing members and guests.
• 3. No engaging in racism, politics or anti-faith propaganda.
• 4. No posting of links to other websites that contain inappropriate non-family-friendly material.
• 5. No posting of pictures which contain non-family-friendly images.
• 6. No spamming - Totally off topic area is Ok for Spamming. Do not use it to increase your post count.
• 7. No posting information pertaining to hacks or cheats for any game unless to alert clan that it is being used on our servers! Post in Admin Lobby only!
• 8. No discussing drugs, unless in an informative manner and only containing family-friendly material.
• 9. No using the Forums as a means to incite arguments, express radical viewpoints or to deliberately annoy other Members.

Using Evo Ventrilo Voice Servers:
• 1. Please Obey the Vent Admins!
• 2. Evo Members and invited guests only in Ventrilo! Ventrilo is currently limited to 50 players.
• 3. Lobby is for open general discussion (the Noisy Channel)
• 4. If you have issues with the noise in the lobby please go to the proper channel for game.
• 5. No intruding on a vent channel If you need to speak to a player notify by chat (Xfire)
• 6. No foul language, inappropriate phrases, cuss words, and abbreviated swear words.
• 7. No using non-family-friendly words or links in your Comment.
• 8. No bullying, intimidating or harassment of other Members.
• 9. No repeated logging on and off to create noise from the Event bindings.
• 10. No use of text-to-speech unless the Member is without a microphone, and then only as a last resort and in absolute moderation.
• 11. No using the text-to-speech to ‘spam’ Ventrilo.
• 12. No eating or singing while your microphone is ‘active’.
• 13. No background music to be played without the consent of the other Members sharing the Channel. No music in the Main Lobby whatsoever. No music that is non-family-friendly in nature.
• 14. When Ventrilo is busy, it is courteous to other Members to use the Channel which is appropriate to your activity.
• 15. When entering a Channel you must be courteous to other Members already using that Channel.
• 16. Ideally, the Member’s Area (Main Lobby) should be the only channel that is used for general discussion.
• 17. No leaving your microphone switched on while you are AFK.
• 18. Respect all Evo Members.
• Failure to comply with the above Rules may result in your loss of privileges.

Rules In General to EvoGamers.org:
Online Predators:
• The focus of these policies relate to the topic of online predators, these are people that prey on young people, for sexual purposes as well as monetary purposes. These people make use of online communities such as MySpace and more recently Facebook. Many watchdog type programs have been done, revealing how some of these people operate. This is the reason EvoGamers.org has banned any use or link any of these social networks from ANY area of our clan. We are here to promote a safe environment for all people, and we will endeavor to keep our part of the internet as safe as possible.

Clans members meeting in real life:
• As per the previous paragraph, the rule is as follows. “No adult Evo will meet with, have personal relationship, or any untoward contact with any member of Evo who is not classed as an adult. The class of adult varies throughout our vast world, but a good guideline is age of adulthood = 18 years old.
  
  This guideline obviously does not stop minor members from meeting, if they reside locally, or may travel and meet up with other members. This is to be discouraged. The opportunity for problems then exists.
